About Jennifer Sprague

As a Transpersonal Psychotherapist, I see myself as a companion on the client’s therapeutic journey. Often a crisis in life precipitates the desire to begin such a journey. Sometimes unhappiness and general dissatisfaction with life and/or relationships motivates seeking help. But then when the time is right, the psyche just insists that it needs the space and the container to continue its development.

To facilitate such awareness, a safe space needs to be created through the therapeutic relationship – and by using creativity and imagination the ‘essential Self’ can be heard. Creative work such as using dreams, writing, drawing, clay, and exploring intuition and visualization, can also allow the authentic Self to emerge. Such connection can also be established working from a mind-body, or somatic approach. The technique I have evolved through years of experience and training I have named Metta*Morphosis: the process of deep and profound change through the practice and application of loving-kindness.

I have been helping people find and utilize their inner potential for growth and change for over fifteen years. I enjoy creating “sacred space” that allows for change, learning and new experiences to emerge ~ often catalyzing major shifts without major effort. These sessions have been described by clients as “a gentle and nurturing experience that produce powerful results”.

In addition to private psychotherapy and personal mentoring sessions, I also offer personal growth workshops, Reiki treatments, classes and initiations.
